Welcome to my homepage. My name is Joachim Schulze. In Bad Pyrmont I have a house in the Rathausstraße  (see the map) wherein 2 holiday apartments. The bottom holiday apartment has app. 42 sqm. and a terrace with seating accommodation. The upper apartment is at the first floor and has app.  39 sqm. Each apartment has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilette. The upper apartment don't have a furnace but a kitchen wherin 2 electrical hotplates. The beds are equipped with healthiness mattress / rent-bikes for free use are  present. There's a telephon in each apartment - Parking places are available besides the house. The price in the season (from may till the end of september) for the bottom apartment is 30,00 euro / day. The price for the apartment at he first floor is 24,00 euro / day. Additional costs (electricity / endcleaning) are be dropped after 5 days rent. Kurtaxe (guest tax) / entry prices for cure facilities are to pay at the cure facilities. Out of the season:  price reduction,  just contact me.
